Workshops welcome ages 8-14. All writers are welcome, whether they are already confident and keen, or they're reluctant.

Workshop sessions run for an hour each week during the school term.

Sessions typically last 60 minutes, balancing fun activities with focused writing time. There is no pressure or expectation on any participant to engage more than they are comfortable doing. It is ok for participants to complete the games and activities with their screens off and on mute.

Workshops are all online and use Zoom. Participants are guided through fun games and activities using a virtual whiteboard on screen share. To get the most from your sessions, it is best that your device, browser and Zoom app is up to date.
